Integration Process
Here are some suggestions on healthy habits that create wellbeing and open us up to transformation:
Self-awareness & Consciousness (Spiritual):
Connect to our spirit, to our curiosity, our unique talents, passion, energy, develop our trust, gratitude, clarify intentions, connections to our body, ourselves, and others, develop flow of creativity. Develop our senses, read inspiring literature, listen to uplifting music, immerse ourselves in nature, meditate, simplify our lives, etc.
Mindfulness (Mental):
Personal growth and development and mind power. Study, read motivational books, keep a journal, take a class to enhance skills, get a hobby, get help, create new goals, change negative self-talk, practice honesty, self fulfillment, knowledge, beliefs, brainstorming, goal setting, healthy speech, time management, accountability, responsibility, etc.
Emotional Stability:
Unconditional love, understanding, forgiveness, identity recovery, healthy communication skills, awareness of our values, boundaries, respect for yourself and others, becoming pro-active, choosing healthy cognitive behaviors, accountability, responsibility, spending time with family, friends, community, joining a support group, volunteering to help others, being creative, learning to manage your finances and budget, doing things that make you laugh, etc.
Physical & Social needs :
Air, healthy diet, water, shelter, clothes, sleep, movement, exercise, education, paid work if we needed to sustain ourselves (or unpaid), volunteering, service, being in the flow of your creativity, warmth, connection to nature’s elements, intimacy & sex, managing our stress, hobbies, etc.
Safety, security, order, law, limits, stability, belonging (within relationships, family, at work, social engagements, community, etc.)

The Process:
It means taking charge of our lives, learning, building life skills, maturing, becoming accountable and responsible for ourselves, changing our minds, and changing the beliefs that keeps us stuck in suffering. In this process, it also means choosing to stop repetitive behaviors that don’t bring us success, and asking for help. We create a strong desire for something creatively healthy for ourselves and the ones around us and eliminate the undesirable choices that we usually make that keep us stuck.
We also train ourselves in ethical conduct. One who acts well with good ethics and good values has freedom from remorse. Choosing kind intentions that will bring us beneficial consequences. Making amends when we become aware that mistakes are made, forgiving, and moving on.
The past is over, the future is full of possibilities, and the present is the gift of life itself.
The point of freedom and healing is when we free ourselves of old beliefs, old thoughts, old habits that do not serve us well and open us up to new perspectives, freeing our mind for new possibilities and new ways to see life experiences.
