I was born in Québec, the second oldest of a family of eight children. Seeing my mother overwhelmed and often depressed encouraged me early on to choose to learn and develop new ways to nurture myself, to seek help, and to care for others around me. It has always been in my nature to support and care for others. Also, It became very obvious, in both my family and professional life, that creating balance was going to be a very important part of my growth,
maturity and quality of life. Learning, creating, and sharing always makes me happy and gives me vitality.
After I graduated college, I traveled across Canada and felt right at home in Vancouver. I love it here. I love the proximity of the mountains and the ocean at your door step. Being in nature is so grounding and rejuvenating!
I studied and worked in fashion, in radio broadcasting, in childcare. I have also studied in peer counselling, in Therapeutic Touch, Healing Touch, Tai-Chi, and Qigong training for many years. Through my life experiences, I have practiced many alternative paths along with Western medicine to achieve wellness. ( Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic therapies, Psychoanalysis, Somatic work, Hypnotherapy, Cranial-Sacral therapy, Healing and Shamanic therapies, etc...) I am continuously studying to develop awareness, consciousness, and wellness.
I’ve been married for over 35 years, and have two beautiful grown-up sons. Since my college years, I have always had great interest and curiosity in World Religions. I have chosen many different ways to develop my spirituality and to connect my spirit and my life with the Creator, the source.
Total Self Care has become my passion; to incorporate tools and practices daily, to take care of myself, fulfill my responsibilities, and arrive at the end of the day feeling well and content. Some of these tools are what I would like to share with you, such as building practices that will bring more wellness, balance, and contentment to your life.

Physical: Weekly support to simplify our space, our life, breath work, movement exercises, grounding meditation, stretching, health maintenance and relaxation Qigong practices, healthy recipes sharing, walking in nature, etc.
Mental: Identity-recovery exercises (beliefs, values, cognitive dysfunctions exploration, boundaries, brainstorming practices, Life Circle, taking a look at where we spend most of our time, abundance of another kind, changing our mind, becoming authentic, etc.)
Emotional: Regulating our emotions Qigong, mood changers, looking at our fears, clarifying our desires, communication skills, learning to identify our negative self-talk, recognizing the positive, etc.
Spiritual: Connecting with our spirit, our breath, our felt senses, meditation, exploring concepts like abundance of another kind, forgiveness, prayers, dreams, listening to uplifting music, starting a gratitude journal, visualization, affirmation, etc.
